So here we are… the end of August 2013. I started this year at 215 lbs and through exercising and watching what i ate i’m now currently weighing in at 171 lbs. My weight hasn’t changed for about 3 months despite ramping up my exercise and including running and the reason for this is my diet.
I don’t eat badly, my main meals are pretty good..but if i want a snack ill have it. or if i want pizza ill have it! So in order to lose the last 20 lbs…or more importantly…to become the fittest and leanest i can be, I’ve decided to create a blog which focuses around my diet so that i can become accountable for my choices and in turn…hopefully…it will encourage me to eat a cleaner diet.
So here we are, the night before the beginning and what other way to go out than with a cheat meal….so here’s my Japanese style braised Pork Belly with Ramen Noodles. Served with a bottle of Chablis and Ben and Jerry’s Half baked to finish!
Overall content isn’t too bad …if the pork belly was replaced with chicken then this definitely wouldn’t constitute a cheat meal! But it isn’t! so here we are…
So now for a week of cleaning eating until my next cheat meal!
